During these uncertain times members may find themselves in situations where work dries up and they are faced with making valuable workers redundant. Similarly, members that require labour find themselves relyi.

 

NECA's member only labour exchange is designed to assist members keep and maintain their quality staff during slow periods while assisting those members having trouble finding quality staff.

 

How the member Labour Exchange works
 

If you are interested in any of the positions advertised, you should contact the member directly for more information. NECA will not get involved in the negotiation of the relationship. It is up to each member to negotiate and settle the agreed amount and period of time over which the labour exchange will take place.
